Use of external booking system (Ajas)

For appointment scheduling, we use the external service Ajas. Any personal data you submit (name, contact details, other information required for booking) is collected and processed by Ajas, not by us. We recommend you review Ajas’s privacy and data-processing policies directly on ajas.fi.

Ajas assures that data is stored in compliance with GDPR and relevant laws, and that their servers and processes are secured. Depending on the booking, Ajas may store personal data such as name, email, phone number and IP address.

How long we keep data
